Empty, Please
Products must be as empty as possible before sending.
A little residue is okay - just no full or half-used items.
Clean & Dry
Items should not be sticky, wet, or leaking.
If you choose to rinse them out, make sure they are completely dry before shipping.
Seal It Securely
All return packages must be properly sealed to help prevent leaks or damage during transit.
Leaky or damaged packages are unable to be recycled.
Accepted Products
We accept all Gotkin Cosmetics packaging, along with empty lip gloss tubes from other brands.
To ensure proper processing, only lip gloss tubes are eligible at this time.
Minimum Return Requirement
A minimum of 4 items is required per return shipment.
(This helps reduce environmental impact from shipping.)
Reward Eligibility
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a gift card for a future purchase.
Only one gift card is issued per shipment, regardless of quantity.
Return shipping is purchased at the time of initiating your return, and the cost will be reflected in your gift card once approved.
Returns that do not meet program guidelines may not qualify.
